Privacy & Cookies
We keep this website deliberately simple. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and the contact form is used only to respond to enquiries.
Who controls your data
Stealth Comms d.o.o., Bokokotorska ulica 2C, Zadar, Croatia, is the controller of personal data submitted through this website. For privacy enquiries or requests concerning your personal data, use the dedicated form below.
Send a privacy request
Use this form for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or any other privacy-related enquiry. Please include only the information needed for us to understand and respond to your request.
Website forms
When you send a brief or a privacy request, we process the name, email address and message that you provide. A business brief is used to review and respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps requested by you before entering into a contract. A privacy request is used only to handle your data-protection enquiry or exercise of rights.
Messages are accessible only to people who need them for the enquiry and to technical service providers involved in hosting or email delivery. Privacy requests are delivered to a dedicated internal privacy inbox. We keep the information only for as long as necessary for the enquiry and any related follow-up, unless a longer period is required by law or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies and does not store tracking identifiers in localStorage or sessionStorage. The contact form does not create a visitor session or set a cookie.
Because no non-essential cookies are used, the site does not display a cookie-consent banner. If analytics, social-media embeds, advertising pixels, video platforms or other non-essential technologies are added later, this notice and the consent mechanism must be reviewed before they are activated.
Technical logs
The hosting and email infrastructure may process technical connection data such as IP address, request time, browser information and server logs for security, troubleshooting and service operation. To reduce automated abuse, the privacy form also uses a short-lived server-side rate-limit record derived from the requesting IP address. No cookie is set and this information is not used for advertising, analytics or behavioural profiling.
Fonts
The website uses Instrument Serif and Instrument Sans. In this deployment the font files are delivered by Google Fonts, so the browser may make a direct request to Google infrastructure to retrieve them. No Google Analytics or advertising services are enabled on this website.
Your rights
Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may request access to your personal data, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Croatia, this is the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
